Staff respond quickly to floods and water damage, handle extraction and drying, and keep homeowners updated throughout. Multiple reviewers praise the quality of restoration work and the personal care shown by the owner and team, particularly when handling complex jobs like mold removal or asbestos cleanup.
Customers consistently praised DKI - Lubnow for arriving within hours of water damage, basement floods, and fire damage emergencies. Staff managed insurance claims directly, kept people informed daily, and completed work on time and to specification. Reviewers noted the team worked around tenant schedules and handled supply chain delays without blame.
Strong emergency response and project coordination have won over many customers, particularly those facing major floods and fires. Giuseppe, Josh, and other named project managers earned consistent praise for responsiveness and attention. However, pricing complaints surface repeatedly-reviewers report 50% markups and hidden fees that feel opportunistic during crisis situations. Service quality varies sharply by crew: some deliver immaculate work and keep properties clean; others leave jobs only partially finished or conduct themselves unprofessionally on-site. The 3.8-star rating reflects this split, with nearly two-thirds five-star reviews offset by a substantial block of one-star accounts.
