Fast crews show up and deliver solid technical work, with five-star jobs marked by professional handling and respect for the property. Mark's team arrives fast and handles emergencies with professionalism, packing and storing belongings while guiding clients through insurance claims. However, several customers report final invoices far exceeding initial quotes (some more than double), work taking months to complete, and frustration with unavailability during follow-up phases. For straightforward emergency mitigation, The Restorators deliver well. The tension emerges during rebuilds: scope expands, timelines extend, and communication falters when the owner is away. Get cost details and scope in writing before work begins.
