London Extreme Clean earns consistent praise for speed and professionalism across challenging jobs: mold removal, trauma cleanup, and odour elimination. Reviewers often name the team by role, noting both technical skill and genuine compassion during difficult moments. Two complaints document missed callbacks on rental and service inquiries, a notable gap in an otherwise responsive operation.

All seven reviews awarded five stars, consistently praising rapid emergency dispatch, transparent step-by-step communication, and polished workmanship across water damage, mold remediation, and restoration projects. Staff arrived quickly to basement pipe bursts, ceiling leaks, and mold discoveries, assessed damage thoroughly, deployed equipment promptly, and left homes clean and restored on schedule.
Reviewers consistently report fast, professional mold removal with transparent pricing and detailed photo documentation. Work often finishes ahead of schedule and leaves properties clean; one complaint cites unresponsive phone lines and confusion between two similarly-named companies.
