What do customers say?

When a basement floods or fire strikes, speed matters most. Pro Max Restoration arrives within minutes, deploys crews the next day if needed, and keeps communication flowing throughout. Water removal, drying, damage repair, and negotiating with insurers all stay coordinated under one roof.

Their team handles flooded basements, burst pipes, sewer backups, fire damage, and renovation-level restoration. Reviewers consistently note that staff take time to explain options upfront and manage claims without pressure. One caveat: lab testing quotes have run steep compared to other providers in the same market.
