When Royal Carpet Cleaning delivers, reviews praise punctuality, professionalism, and thorough results on carpets, sofas, and ducts. Yet a consistent thread of bait-and-switch pricing and poor complaint handling undercuts trust: customers report being quoted $150 then charged $250-$400 on-site, or seeing no improvement in carpet appearance despite high costs. Communication quality hinges on which technician shows up.
