Reviewers consistently report rapid dispatch to roof leaks and water damage, often within hours. The team explains problems clearly, provides photo documentation at each stage, and delivers repairs on time. Several customers noted staff members stayed late or went well beyond the job scope to solve drainage issues or find hidden leak sources. One reviewer mentioned a scope mix-up early on, but the business resolved it fairly and committed to better processes. Quotes are honoured even when work expands, and the crew leaves sites clean and well-organized.
Notable for storm damage response and fixing problems caused by previous contractors. Customers praise the combination of technical skill and genuine care in how the team interacts. One reviewer specifically called out a staff member who spent an hour searching for a basement leak source and waited for the plumber. Another mentioned receiving a free inspection and repair for an issue that was not the business's responsibility.
