What do customers say?

Paul Davis Ottawa handles immediate water and fire damage work with sharp project managers and competent crews, but rebuilding jobs often stall, accumulate budget overruns, and leave items unfinished despite months of delays. Praise centres on responsive emergency coordinators and skilled demolition and extraction crews; complaints pivot to inadequate site supervision, poor subcontractor management, and unwillingness to remedy defects during long rebuild timelines.

Homeowners who need fast water extraction or fire cleanup generally report smooth handoffs and professional crews. Those undertaking multi-phase rebuilds after major damage have experienced project stalling, permit compliance failures, and disputes over unapproved charges and liens when contracts hit friction.
