First General Hamilton
After basement floods and water emergencies, reviewers consistently report rapid arrival and professional crews who explain the damage and process clearly. Several named staff members (Andy, Ronny, Ani, Wilson) receive consistent praise for responsiveness and technical knowledge. One homeowner had a negative experience with a damage assessment that they felt did not accurately reflect their property condition; communication about their concerns was slow. First General specializes in water damage restoration and basement recovery, offering same-day emergency response and insurance coordination. The team handles content packing, furniture storage, carpet replacement, and detailed finishing work. Operations span Hamilton and Burlington with IICRC and general contractor licensing claimed on their website.
