Most customers experience swift, courteous service and effective restoration after floods and fires. Work quality is generally high, though older reviews flag isolated carpet cleaning misses and frustration over surprise fuel charges and vague warranty boundaries in the York region.
Strong work on water and mold jobs when the crew shows up, with reviewers praising professionalism and speed. Recent safety breaches and communication breakdowns have created serious red flags: one crew left a contaminated structural hole open in a child's bedroom overnight, and another left a project unfinished without proper notice.
Every project starts with a careful assessment and moves quickly to water removal, drying, and restoration. Reviewers consistently note that the crew arrives on time, explains each step clearly, finds moisture in hidden areas, and leaves basements noticeably drier and safer than before. The business handles full-scope jobs including basement flooding, sewer backup cleanup, drywall replacement, and mold remediation across Scarborough and the GTA. Staff document their work thoroughly, remain courteous throughout, and ensure no corner gets skipped.
